Paul R. Herrick is a New York real estate attorney who has more than twenty years of experience providing counsel to thousands of clients in residential and commercial transactions as well as a variety of business transactions, including: the transfer of interests in restaurants, real estate brokerages and appraisal companies.

Paul graduated magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1993, earning the American Jurisprudence Award in Moot Court and he is admitted to practice law in New York State and Maryland.

Paul has volunteered countless hours in support of local community organizations: serving as a Board Member of the Mount Vernon Educational Foundation, Inc. since 2004: as Treasurer since 2008 and past-President from 2004 to 2008; coaching boys and girls youth sports for a dozen years in Yonkers, Mount Vernon and New Rochelle; and participating in the Father’s Club at Fordham Preparatory School in the Bronx and The Ursuline School in New Rochelle.
